Sue Eskins

Sue Eskins RGN, Bsc (Hons), PGCE (HE) is an associate assessor and tutor for inspired2learn. She qualified as an Executive Coach three years ago. Following a long career in leadership and management in the NHS and charity sector, she retired from Nursing this year She has also worked as a lecturer in palliative care. She continues to share her nursing background as Chair of the National Association for Hospice@Home. Sue specialises in fostering a secure and confidential environment for deep thinking, learning, and reflection. Her expertise lies in helping ambitious individuals navigate change, develop resilience, and thrive in periods of transition. With a background in nursing and education, she brings extensive experience in leadership, communication, mentoring, and conflict resolution. She has successfully worked with aspiring head teachers, provided career coaching for health professionals, and private coaching for individuals seeking career change or improved work-life balance. Her approach is personalized, empathetic, and goal-oriented, empowering clients to overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Sue lives in the Cotswolds with her husband and Black Lab. She loves walking, cycling and yoga. She has 3 grown up children who boomerang back to the nest occasionally which she thoroughly enjoys!
