Nick Howell BEd (Hons), MinstLM, is an associate tutor on ILM qualifications. With a background in teaching and the police, Nick has spent 20 years in learning and development specialising in leadership and team development having previously run an ILM centre. He now has a core interest and focus around coaching and mentoring, qualifying as a coaching in 2006. He coaches in organisations and with private clients as well as training coaches in multiple sectors, delivering and supervising on ILM and EMCC coaching qualifications. He also provides coach support on L7 Apprenticeships as well as undertaking IQA support. He has so far authored one book – ‘Great Coaching Questions’, with another in the pipeline.
