Esther Barrett is a coach, teacher, trainer, supervisor and consultant. She specialises in Adult ADHD and how it affects our quality of life and wellbeing. Esther has the ILM level 5 Coaching and Mentoring qualification and is an active member of the Association for Coaching. She supervises ADHD Coaches and is working toward accreditation as a coach supervisor. She delivers the first accredited ADHD coaching training course in the UK and she runs several adult ADHD networks. She is also a Mental Health First Aider.
