Dave Tee is a highly experienced coach educator and published researcher. With a background in private sector operational management, Dave moved into L&D practitioner and then leadership roles before retraining as a business and coaching psychologist. ILM-qualified as an executive coach and coaching supervisor, Dave brings many years of experience in designing, delivering and assessing on the ILM suite of coaching and mentoring qualifications, alongside consultancy work helping organisations set-up, embed or revitalise their coaching activities. Dave has a particular interest in identifying the impact and benefits coaching generates for businesses, as well as the traits that make some employees more likely to benefit from coaching compared to others.
