He is an ILM Level 7 qualified executive and senior level coach with over 25 years’ experience of developing both people and organisations. Before becoming a coach, he worked across a number of sectors from events and education to employment and skills (private, public and third sectors in both small and large organisations), with a focus on leading strategy, sales, marketing, communications, change management and learning and development.
