Helen Isacke is a qualified and highly experienced professional coach. She started her first coach training in October 2003, qualifying as a professional coach with a Distinction in June 2004. Helen set up her coaching practice in November 2004. She went on to qualify as an NLP Master Practitioner and trained in various profiling tools including Type Dynamic Indicator (similar to MBTI), FIRO B, Talent Dynamics, VbiM (Values based indicators of Motivation), EIQ3D. She is also trained in Clean Language and Transactional Analysis (TA101).
In 2013 Helen published Soft Skills for Strong Leaders.
Helen founded the Trusted Coach Directory in 2016 to help Executive and Leadership Coaches to raise their profile, demonstrate their credibility and raise the standard of their coaching skills. She is a certified Coach Supervisor, having achieved the Professional Certificate in Supervision with Henley Business School.
While her supervision approach is underpinned by knowledge of supervision and coaching models, her priority is to be mindfully present in the moment with the supervisee. Her style is emergent, being comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty. She considers herself to be a relational supervisor, creating a working partnership based on trust. She works as an equal, with respect, in confidence, and always with a desire for openness and honesty to deepen awareness.
