Adrian Goodall PCC is part of our specialist associate team of coach supervisors. He is an experienced coach of 13 years with substantial prior experience in commercial roles. As a supervisor, he is supportive and encouraging, raising awareness of coaches’ strengths and ‘systemic’ patterns, and bringing rigour to understanding of coaching competencies, process and potential options in their work. In addition to i2L and his own business, he works regularly at London Business School with executives from around the world. He believes strongly in everyone’s potential to ‘make a difference’, and how they can perform better with clarity, confidence, better communication, and balance.
