Clare Smale
Clare Smale is a very experienced trainer and facilitator and a qualified and accredited executive coach and supervisor. She has published three coaching books and speaks at a range of events in the UK and beyond. Her current work includes the design and delivery of ILM Coaching and Supervision Qualifications at levels 3, 5 and 7, plus a private practice offering executive coaching and supervision to a range of clients.
Jennifer Harper
Jennifer Harper is part of our team of associate coach supervisors. She is an ILM Level 7 qualified Supervisor and a Level 7 qualified Career Coach who is Head of Coaching of a UK-wide online coaching and career development platform. Prior to training to be a coach, she worked as an award-winning journalist for UK national media. As a supervisor, Jennifer is person-centred, supportive, and challenges empathically to support supervisees to explore coaching issues, approaches and areas for on-going development. Jennifer is passionate that everyone gets the opportunity to recognise their opportunities for growth, gains clarity on their desires and needs, and is supported towards building the confidence to take their chosen steps at the right time and pace for them. As well as a coach and supervisor, Jennifer has a Level 4 in Counselling and is a Mental Health First Aider. She is a member of the Association of Coaching Supervisors, the Association for Coaching, the Career Development Institute, and is a Senior Member of the Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists & Hypnotherapists (ACCPH).
Liz Martin
Liz Martin BA (Hons) PGCE, NPQH is an associate tutor and assessor for ILM coaching and mentoring qualifications. She is an ILM Level 7 qualified executive and senior leader coach, with 20 years’ experience of senior leadership and management in public sector Education. Prior to becoming a coach, she worked first as a teacher in secondary education and then in a variety of senior leader positions both within schools and as Principal Adviser for a Local Authority. As a coach, she holds the firm belief that the quality of the coaching relationship is crucial to achieving clients’ success and satisfaction. As a result, she is committed to tailoring her approach as far as possible to every client’s individual preference, requirements and needs. She has worked with people from a variety of fields, including technology, charities, seafaring and education. In addition to her experience of working with learners from a wide range of ages and backgrounds, she has extensive experience of examination assessment, evaluation, and moderation, both of written and spoken work. She enjoys walking her dogs in the countryside and writing fiction.
Sally Dellar
Sally Dellar is our Qualificaitons Manager and VA to the Inspired2learn team. Sally has over 20 years of experience working in education, quality, people and administration. She has experience in developing, improving and implementing processes across a range of functions. She has been a key member of teams across a wide range of small, family and entrepreneurial businesses, both in-house and as a contracted resource. Sally is recognised for drive, and pro-active delivery and has a passion for improvement and change as well as contributing to a strong team ethos. She lives in Wiltshire with her family and her two dogs and loves the outdoors.
Martyn Rogers
Martyn Rogers is an experienced coach and coach supervisor with an extensive background in tutoring, mentoring and quality assurance. Martyn is our specialist IQA for supervision qualifications.
Lydia Selby
Lydia Selby MBA CMgr FCMI is an associate tutor and assessor for CMI Management and Leadership qualifications. As an HRM and Business Consultant Lydia has delivered strategic solutions through learning and development programmes, at all levels of an organisation but principally with operational management teams, within the private, corporate, public and charitable sectors. Lydia is currently delivering apprenticeships within Higher Education. Lydia is currently based in the UK and previously lived and worked in Kenya, Russia, the Middle East, the Netherlands, Poland and Kazakhstan.
Natalie Watkins
Natalie Watkins BA (Hons) MCIPD is an associate trainer for CMI Management and Leadership qualifications. Natalie has over ten years experience in HR management roles, including leadership and management learning design and delivery. She is an experienced coach and creates a relaxed, challenging and thought provoking learning environment. Her career spans management, HR, L&D, business partnering and coaching. Natalie’s work is influenced by mindfulness, clean coaching, psychometrics and NLP. Natalie lives in Wiltshire with her young family and two recently adopted ‘golden oldie’ cats and a dog. She is a volunteer mentor with the ASPIRE foundation, mentoring women from voluntary and not for profit organisations.
Heather Humphries
Heather Humphries MCIPD is an assessor for CMI Management and Leadership qualifications (CMI). Heather worked in the public sector for 30 years in a variety of management roles including internal consultancy and training, assessment and verification. She is currently Director of her own retail company which she runs with her husband. Heather has been an assessor with i2L since 2008 and enjoys reading learners’ work-based examples when reviewing assignments. In her spare time she loves long walks in the countryside with her two border terriers.
